Catosal 10 %
Species: Cattle, sheep, goats.
Composition:
A complex drug containing 10 g of butophosphane in 100 ml, 0.005 g of cyanocobalamin, 0.1 g of methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, and water for injection.
In appearance, the preparation is a transparent liquid of pink color.
Indications:
For use with disorders caused by poor nutrition and inadequate management, disorders in the development and nutrition of young animals.
Tonic in cases of weakness, secondary anemia, exhaustion, and chilling.
Improvement of muscular efficiency, especially in work, sports, and breeding animals.
Dosage and method of administration:
- The Catosal 10 % is used by the animal intramuscularly, subcutaneously, intravenously (slowly).
- Duration of Catosal 10% treatment is 4 – 5 days.
- Single dose (ml per animal) for acute diseases: cattle – 10 – 25 ml; Calves– 5 – 12 ml; Sheep, goats – 2.5 – 8 ml; Lambs, kids – 1,5 – 2,5 ml;
- For chronic diseases: half of the above; If necessary, repeat the course with an interval of 5 to 14 days.
Warning:
Meat, milk, and eggs for food purposes are used without restrictions.
