Betamox LA (50ml)
The active principle of Betamox LA: Amoxicillin is a broad-spectrum semisynthetic penicillin bactericidal in action for use in cattle.
Indications include infections of:
a) Alimentary tract.
b) Respiratory tract.
c) Skin and soft tissue.
d) Urogenital tract.
e) In the prevention of postoperative infection (treat before surgery).
Dosage and Mode of administration:
By intramuscular injection only.
The recommended dosage rate is 15mg per kg bodyweight, (1ml/10kg bodyweight) repeatable if necessary, after 48 hours.
Withdrawl:
Cattle Meat: 28 days Milk: 84 hours
Not for use in sheep and cattle producing milk for human consumption.
Animals must not be slaughtered for human consumption during treatment.
Sheep may be slaughtered for human consumption only after 19 days from the last treatment.
